About Suzanne

Hello.

I’m Suzanne and I write funny stories about sad things.

…I’m not a sicko, I just like to explore hard truths and meaning-of-life stuff and lighten the mood a bit while I do it.

I embrace stories that are uplifting, inclusive, and reflect the world I want to create for my family. I believe that humor lives in our most honest moments and laughter opens hearts to learn about our shared humanity. And that’s what I love to write about.

If that’s the kind of thing you like to read or watch, then stick with me, friend!

We’re going to get along just fine.

Suzanne writes characters and stories that I love. She mixes laughter and vulnerability with strength and can-do-it-ness to reflect the celebration and agony of everyday life. Her writing is crisp, playful, thoughtfully born out of real life.
